Jennifer has been with ProCare™ Systems for 7 years and has over 15 years experience in revenue cycle management. Jennifer has developed and implemented administrative systems that lead to collection of fees at the contracted rate and in a timely manner. These systems have also led to significant reduction of days in A/R and equally significant collection rates.

Chris Cubbage |  IT Director

Chris has over 20 years experience in Information Technology.  He combines a high level of technical expertise with a strong management background.  He understands the importance of a solid IT infrastructure as well how IT aligns with business strategies. Chris has a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Grand Valley State University.

Melissa Grimaldi, CPC | Scheduling Manager

Melissa has been with ProCare™ Systems for five years. During this time, she has worked in many roles including scheduling, coding, charge entry and accounts receivable.  This diverse background, that is rich in revenue cycle experience, has served as the perfect foundation for her current role as Scheduling Manager.  Presently, Melissa leads a team that specialized in the registration, scheduling and authorization of patient appointments and surgical services.   Melissa understands firsthand the importance of accuracy in all aspects of the scheduling process and has established a highly educated cross trained team of medical schedulers
