ProCare™ Billing Services realizes that accuracy in data entry is vital to claims reimbursement. We've established a set of checks and balances to ensure that all patient are accounted for and all insurance information is entered correctly.

Billing reports are verified with the schedule to insure that no claim is missed.

After the coding and data entry is performed software again runs a pre-billing analysis to "scrub" claims for errors. CPT, ICD-9, Modifiers, referring physicians, facilities, date of onset/injury and other important factors are checked.

Claims are submitted electronically or by paper, depending on the carrier's capabilities within 24 hours

Insurance Verification and Authorization

Failure to obtain needed information, from patients and payors, results in costly rework by billing staff as well as unnecessary write-offs and less revenue for your practice.

We will verify insurance eligibility, confirm benefit coverage details, obtain authorization, and verify demographic information, during scheduling and patient registration.
